Communication Design programs: home
Students of Communication Design at RMIT are educated to develop a unique visual language based on a thorough knowledge of design principles combined with their individual design aesthetic and an understanding of the appropriate technology. Their education stretches beyond that basic knowledge into the realm of enquiry, discovery and anticipation of the future. The programs are taught not only as a transfer of information and knowledge but are also concerned with broadening the student's understanding of the designer’s role through the study of the history of design, and research into the professional discipline of the subject.
