The School of Business IT and Logistics School Executive comprises five members.
Professor Caroline Chan is Head of the School of Business IT and Logistics. She undertakes research in the areas of eBusiness and Supply Chain Management.
Associate Joan Richardson is Deputy Head, Learning and Teaching. She has extensive teaching experience in the area of information systems and her research focus is in the development of new technologies in business.
Shams Rahman is a Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Deputy Head, Research. His research interests include reverse/green logistics and sustainability; cold chain and pharmaceutical logistics; low-cost country sourcing, risk and complexity; security issues in global supply chains; theory of constraints; and six-sigma quality and lean logistics.
Lise Lahteenmaa is the Finance Manager in the school of Business IT & Logistics as well as the School of Economics, Finance and Marketing. Lise has extensive experienced in the areas of finance administration including budget development and control; and Executive support.
Catarina is the Manager of Planning and Resources. Catarina has extensive experience at RMIT in a range of roles from School Manager and Commercial Manager to teacher. She has industry experience in transport and pharmaceuticals and holds a Ma Education (RMIT).
