The School of Global, Urban and Social Studies offers pathways from diplomas to bachelor degrees.
If you are an RMIT student who achieves a distinction average (Grade Point Average of 3.0) in a School of Global, Urban and Social Studies vocational education (VE) qualification at the highest level of study, you will be guaranteed an offer to enrol in one of the School’s bachelor degrees. To be eligible for the degree to diploma pathway promise, your VE program must have included graded assessments, which are used to assess your application.
Diploma of Languages
Credit and/or recognition of prior learning
You will receive more credit and/or recognition of prior learning, the closer your previous study aligns with one of the school’s bachelor degree programs, and the higher your VE qualification.
You may still be eligible for a package of credit if you fall into one of the following categories:
- You are a VE GUSS student who has not achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0
- You are a VE student from another school in RMIT
- You are a VE student from an institution other than RMIT
