Melbourne's emerging designers are preparing to unveil creations that prove one person's trash is another's treasure. Fifteen RMIT University design students have turned tablecloths, car seat covers and old clothes from Salvos Stores into fresh fashion collections. The clothes will be showcased at Recreate 08 at Ormond Hall in Prahran on October 14.
