RMIT University is bound by the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) and consequently, it treats any personal or health information provided to it in accordance with this legislation and RMIT’s Privacy Policy.
askRMIT is hosted by RightNow Technologies Australia. RightNow is contractually bound to treat any personal or health information it hosts with the same level of privacy protection as RMIT. In using askRMIT you acknowledge that it may be necessary for RightNow to have access to personal information in order to perform its contract with RMIT. In addition, as this site is hosted in the USA, it may be subject to other legislation and regulations.
