Dr Matthew Holmes

Key activities

I am the Senior Clinician at the RMIT Health Clinic Bundoora, as well as a sessional lecturer and tutor for the Discipline of Chiropractic in neurological exam, neurology and neuroscience.

• BAppSc BCSc (RMIT 1996)
• Diploma of Chiropractic (British Chiropractic Assocation, UK)
• Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board
• Founding Fellow of the Australasian Academy of Functional Neurology
• Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology

Research

• I am currently pursuing a Grant Application to fund a study into the effect of cervical spine manipulation on vestibular nuclei output.

As well as my teaching commitments at RMIT, I am engaged in private practice at the Diamond Valley Brain Centre. The Centre focuses on the treatment of neurological disorders, particularly vertigo, dizziness, migraine and learning disorders. More information can be found at the Centre’s website
