Brunswick campus

The Brunswick campus became part of the University following the amalgamation of the Melbourne School of Printing and the Melbourne Institute of Textiles with RMIT. Situated just 5 km from the centre of the city it enjoys spacious surrounds.

Brunswick campus is a relaxed, friendly environment, and programs are offered in modern facilties, housed in exciting, award-winning architecture. The campus is situated a few minutes walk from Sydney Road, a vibrant, multicultural area with a huge variety of specialty shops, restaurants, pubs and markets.

RMIT Printing Building

RMIT's Printing Facility, designed jointly by John Wardle Architects and Demaine Partnership, won the best building prize at The Royal Australian Institute of Architects Victoria architecture awards in 2000.

The building outshone 19 projects in the Institutional category to win the William Wardell Award.

RMIT Textiles Building

RMIT Textiles Building, accommodates clothing industry and footwear programs, and also houses exhibitions of students’ work.

The building was a joint project of H2O Architects and Bates Smart.
