Associate Professor Kevin Adams, Acting Head of School
Kevin Adams is Associate Professor of Accounting and acting Head of School. He has occupied a series of senior management roles, most recently as Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning and Teaching in the College of Business and Head of the School of Accounting and Law. Prior to that he occupied the position of Director of Higher Education Programs/Director of Academic Programs. He possesses a wealth of experience and insight regarding curriculum design, College and university systems and industry engagement.
Professor Clive Morley, Deputy Head, Learning & Teaching
Clive Morley is Professor of Quantitative Analysis and Deputy Head, Teaching and Learning. His research interests are in the application of statistical analysis and modelling techniques to business problems, including forecasting, surveys, tourism demand modelling and the impact of airlines' alliances. He teaches in Business and Economic Analysis and various Strategy courses.
Professor Supriya Singh, Professor, Sociology of Communications
Professor Supriya Singh is Professor, Sociology of Communications and the Deputy Head, Research with the Graduate School of Business and Law. Her role is to build a culture of research excellence in the School.
Associate Professor Amalia Di Iorio, Director MBA Programs
Dr Amalia Di Iorio is Director, MBA Programs for the Graduate School of Business and Law and Associate Professor of International Finance. Her research focus is the analysis of international financial markets, in particular the investigation of exchange rate exposure. Other areas of research include derivatives, mergers and acquisitions, and funds management. She has extensive teaching experience in finance and is the recipient of a number of teaching awards. In 2007 she was awarded the Australian Learning and Teaching Council ‘Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning’.
Kathy Chiha, School Manager (Acting)
Kathy Chiha is the (Acting) School Manager for the Graduate School of Business and Law at RMIT. She has senior management experience in operations in both higher education and the finance industry. Kathy is a qualified accountant and as such has a focus on the School's finances as well as providing general management and operations expertise.

Mark Buzza
Mark is an RMIT MBA (Executive) alumnus with a PhD in Molecular Medicine and a broad background in medical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and strategy consulting. He has held several senior management roles within the healthcare industry and has worked as a management consultant within the chemical and resources sectors. He is currently the Program Manager - Plasma Strategy at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service and has significant experience in market intelligence, project/program/stakeholder management, business analysis and planning, strategy development and implementation.

Colin Campbell
Colin Campbell has held senior positions in banking and capital markets in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom over the past 25 years. Primary experience has been with National Australia Bank, CIBC and Grindlays. Has held GM positions accountable for Institutional Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Fund Management, Consumer Finance and Corporate Banking. He was Global Head of the NAB's Telecommunications, Media and Technology customer group. He has lectured at the Masters of Banking at Monash University. He has mentored senior management groups in the NAB and Bank of New Zealand.
Currently Colin is an Investment Advisor at WilsonHTM Investment Group. He has published various articles on Financial Risk management and Treasury markets, presented at various Australian and International conferences on Derivatives as well as Consumer Finance. Colin is B Com (Melb), MBA (RMIT) qualified and is a Fellow of the Finance & Treasury Association and also the Financial Services Institute.

Nikki Calcraft
Nikki has worked in event management for over 20 years, including stints with DaimlerChrysler and the Australian Formula One Grand Prix. After completing her MBA (Executive) in 2008 she became Chief Operating Officer for Event Studios Australia (ESA), providing infrastructure to the likes of the Spring Racing Carnival, Rip Curl Surf Pro at Bells Beach, International Australian Air Show and the Australian Open Tennis, Nikki is also General Manager for 'podd' (portable operational demountable dwellings), an award winning company developed to help combat the mining accommodation shortage in remote areas of Australia.
Nikki owns two events companies - Eternal Events which themes and produces events of all sizes and Event Support Services, the result of 4 prominent event companies pooling their resources and knowledge to provide one point of contact for councils and government agencies, such as the Department of Sustainability and Environment and the CFA, in the event of a disaster.

Simon Currey
Simon has 20 years experience working as in finance manager and leading large teams. He has worked for BHP, Wesfarmers, Village Roadshow, France Telecom and CGU and currently for a private equity company. Simon specializes in financial modeling, forecasting and analysis, system implementation and business reengineering. He has also written business plans for small businesses, has been actively involved with CPA Australia and is a CPA marker in Business, Strategy and Leadership.

FilisGattuso
Over 17 years in the beauty and fashion industries has provided Filis with extensive experience in the areas of strategic business planning and development, all aspects of sales and operations management, project management, human resources (including education) and consumer/retail marketing.
Filis has worked across both the wholesale and retail areas of beauty and fashion with high profile, international brands, spanning the luxury, prestige sector through to the mass volume end. She has held various senior-level positions including National Sales and Marketing Manager (Australia and New Zealand), National Retail Manager (Australia) and National Brand and Education Manager (Australia and New Zealand). Filis attained a Master of Business Administration degree (2005) from RMIT University with a view to furthering her career in senior management and consulting.

Dr Jack Jacoby
Dr Jack Jacoby is the Managing Director of Jacoby Consulting Group Pty Ltd and brings a deep and broad experience-base across most industries. He is a specialist in the following areas: creative strategist, corporate and organisational trouble-shooter, market planner, organisational analyst focusing on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organisations, shareholder metrics and issues, shareholder value, knowledge management, corporate visioning, organisational structure, facilitation, change management, problem resolution, mediation, life counsellor, business mentor, project management.

Heather Mallinson
With initial qualifications in hospitality management Heather began working in a variety of management roles in England, Switzerland and Hong Kong often involved in staff training and customer service. Next a 5 year stint in Japan allowed her to work in the export and import business where a passion for cross-cultural communication/awareness developed. Roles at RMIT have included Manager Business Planning Competition, Project Manager for Transnational Education working with offshore partners. Her current role is Project Manager facilitating relationship development between industry and the University to enhance strategic engagement in areas such as teaching and learning, graduate recruitment, research and consultancy and partnership development.
Her research interests include Cross-cultural Communication and Awareness, Learning Development within organisations, and Teaching and Learning styles. As a mentor she brings a rich and varied range of skills including language and cultural awareness, coping with the challenges of relocation, developing staff to move 'up or out' of organisations, problem solving and building relationships.

Sean Mulvahill
Sean has over 20 years experience in debt and equity capital markets with National Australia Bank. With exposure to operations; trading; product origination; and sales across Australia; United Kingdom; Middle East ;and Asia, he has developed a broad base of business and relationship management skills. Sean is currently Head of Business Bank distribution within NAB's 'Specialised Investments' business unit and is charged with the distribution of structured and alternative investment products into NAB's'High Net Worth' client base. Sean has an MBA from RMIT (2006) and sits on the Professional Development Committee at FINSIA.

Andrew Murrowood
Andrew Murrowood worked for the past 10 years as the Regional General Manager - Vic/Tas with Chandler Macleod Limited, Australia's oldest and second largest provider of human capital services. In addition, to managing the Chandler Macleod business, Andrew also undertook numerous HR consulting assignments as well as recruiting senior executives across a number of industry sectors and job classifications. Roles recruited included CEO's, Managing Directors, Marketing Directors and Chief Financial Officers.

Sue Nevin
Sue Nevin is a well rounded HR Generalist with a breadth of HR experience gained over a period of 18 years. Sue has experience within the financial services and health industries, working predominantly in operational roles directly supporting National business units. Sue’s strengths lie in specialist recruitment, managing complex IR/ER scenarios and leadership coaching. More recently, Sue has further developed her strong skill to encompass a detailed knowledge of OH&S and Workers Comp legislation and strategic change management, applied in her current role at Apia.

Garry Nolan
Garry Nolan has over forty years experience in banking & finance having retired from an executive role in National Australia Bank Limited in September 2007. His major skills are in the areas of new product development; strategy formulation and implementation; financial management and control; corporate governance; problem solving; team building; and leading multi-disciplinary project teams. He was the founder and former Chairman of Custom Service Leasing Limited (the largest motor vehicle fleet leasing and management company in Australia). Other former roles included Company Secretary & Chief Governance Officer of National Australia Bank Limited; Chairman of National Nominees Limited (the largest holder of registered securities listed on the Australian Stock Exchange); Chairman, BNZ International Australia Limited and BNZ Securities Limited (Bank of New Zealand's operations in Australia ); Chairman, Hegira Limited (a Queensland property development company); and Chairman of a number of National Australia Bank structured finance and special purpose companies.

Dr Jan Priest
Dr. Jan Priest heads a management consultancy specializing in technology-enabled business performance and innovation. He is also an adjunct professor with RMIT’s Graduate School of Business where he is active in teaching, publications and research within the school and across industry and government. Since the mid 1990s he has increasingly mentored CEOs, business owners, executives and managers with a growing focus on those in role or career transition. Jan’s consulting work focuses on facilitating strategic-thinking, process-innovation and performance-practice development within mainly technology-intensive SMEs and large firms through Australia, NZ, SE Asia and Europe. His skills span business and organization performance profiling, expert-practice modeling, systematic and creative thinking and problem solving, business and professional ethics, service and team development, leadership development, program management, group dynamics and process facilitation. Arthur Shelley
Arthur is the founder of Intelligent Answers a consultancy business in the area of behavioural and capability development and is currently completing a PhD in behavioural aspects of knowledge transfer in projects. He is the author of two books, The Organizational Zoo (2007) and Being a Successful Knowledge Leader (2009). Formerly the Global Knowledge Director for Cadbury Schweppes he has managed projects in Asia, Europe, America and Australia.

Chander Singh
Chander Singh has held senior positions in consulting, insurance, banking and finance in Australia and internationally (Middle East and Asia ) over the last 18 years. Primary experience has been with Price Waterhouse Coopers and ANZ Banking Group in a variety of roles covering corporate advisory services, strategic planning, IT, financial management, business lending on complex accounts, project management and process re engineering.
Currently Chander Singh is the Strategic Sourcing Manager for AXA Australia leading a multi disciplinary environment. He has published various articles on strategic partnerships and has presented at various Australian and International conferences on business transformation and cost management.

Laurel Sutton
Laurel started her career as an occupational therapist in mental health working with the way people behaved, thought, learnt, changed and understood. Moving through senior clinical roles and into wider health services management she managed significant change projects and developed relationships with major health providers, community health services and environmental health management. She then moved to Victoria Police to manage their Police in Schools program on a state-wide basis and subsequently to Victoria Police’s leadership development centre to be part of a cultural change within Victoria Police and co-manage the Victorian Public Sector Continuous Improvement. She is now an independent consultant focusing on cultural change, innovation and thinking and participates on several Boards of Governance.

RoziTihi
Rozi is a business and IT professional with experience across the petrochemical, airline, energy and ICT industries as well as the government sector. As an 'agent of change' she brings together people, processes and technology to deliver innovative business outcomes. Her interests lay in business transformation and the human element that can influence the success of organisational change initiatives. Rozi has an MBA from RMIT (2003), and sits on the Executive Committee and Board for a not-for-profit organisation responsible for private schools, churches, and aged care facilities.

John Tsoucalas
John has had over 25 years experience in senior management positions at Telstra, Pacific Dunlop, Reserve Bank of Australia, and Oliver J Nilsen. His responsibilities have included Research & Development, marketing, global sales, and specialised currency consulting. John has provided strategic consulting to major international companies and Government Departments in Japan, UK, USA, EU, and South America.
John has more recently been involved in the renewable energy technology market, and is currently the CEO of a joint venture technology company introducing a telematics driven, web enabled alternative fuelled heavy truck into transport fleets.
John has a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (1980) and an MBA (1990) from RMIT and is a director of several companies.

Cindy Callander
Cindy is the Director, Corporate Services at Ombudsman Victoria, the office of the Ombudsman who is a constitutionally independent officer of Parliament. She worked as a Senior Investigation Officer and Director, Legislative Compliance at Ombudsman Victoria before moving into Corporate Services. She has extensive experience in local government, having worked in the industry in Victoria and Queensland in compliance, contract management and corporate services.

Stephan Herzog
Stephan is a senior executive who has worked across a variety of industries and countries. After his degrees in hotel management in Switzerland he ran the clothing retailer "Politix" in Australia for 8 years as General Manager, before starting a 9 year engagement with GE Capital Fleet Services, with roles from M&A to business integration, 6Sigma and operations. After 3 years as Managing Director for the local subsidiary of a global Automotive Consultancy, and 6 years as the CEO of Fernwood Women's Health Clubs, Stephan is now an independent business consultant. He serves on the board of Sanitarium Health Food Company and Adventist Schools Victoria.
