How student feedback sought and used

Student feedback at RMIT is undertaken to monitor and improve students’ experiences in the university’s teaching and learning environments. Providing students with opportunities for giving their feedback underpins good teaching practice as well as ensuring students can actively participate in the continual improvement of their courses, program and the university.

The results of student feedback are used in the college and the university in a range of ways to improve the quality of programs and courses including enhancing program design, improving the provision of learning resources and facilities, supporting the scholarship of teaching and informing professional development of teaching staff.
