Online learning and teaching

We provide educational design advice, assistance in the use of the RMIT Leaning Hub and facilitation of the development of interactive content for use in your teaching.

The Online Learning Hub is RMIT University's online facility for lecturing and teaching staff to create online resources and learning activities for students. It allows students to conveniently access online course materials and to collaborate with their lecturers/ teachers and fellow students. The site provides an overview of RMIT’s support structures and how you can use them to improve student learning outcomes including:

  • the portal to login to the system
  • frequently asked questions
  • information on the learning hub tools such as Blackboard, WebBoard, WebLearn, e-journal and Webfarm
  • user guides for staff
  • professional development and training resources
  • course development support
  • policies and guidelines
