Information Technology Services (ITS)

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides RMIT University with information and communication technology systems and services. Their role is to support RMIT’s high quality teaching, learning, research and administrative activities.

The ITS Helpdesk is for:

• Software malfunction
• Printing issues
• Network problems
• Attendance tracking system
• Faults with projectors
