Student Notebook Program
Notebook Program Student Information (student login required)
In 2009 the School of Media and Communication introduced a pilot program to lease MacBook Pro computers to students enrolled in Bachelor of Communication programs or the Bachelor of Design (Communication Design). This notebook leasing program continued through 2010 and 2011 however the School will not be offering any new leases in 2012.
The University is currently exploring new ways to improve student technological mobility and access to the software necessary for students to undertake learning and complete assessment for their courses. The School will keep students informed of these developments as more detail becomes available.
Students currently leasing Macs will not be adversely affected by the decision not to offer new leases. The School will continue to provide you with IT support and service to facilitate your lease through to the end of your studies.
