Technical services

The School of Media and Communication operates an extensive technical services area providing audio and video production equipment, photographic equipment and specialist audio-visual studios and facilities for students and staff within the School. Supported activities include broadcast media, new media, news gathering, drama production, documentary production, radio and photography.

The Technical services staff are active in film making, music production and photography, and provide comprehensive and considered advice for students and staff undertaking projects from a one-minute radio broadcast to long-form video projects through to folio preparation.
