The School of Art offers a diverse range of studio based programs and study options within the Fine Arts. Our programs develop multiskilled graduates, capable of working creatively wihin a diverse range of arts industries. Located at the RMIT city campus, in the centre of Melbourne , the School of Art provides a dynamic and vibrant learning environment, all within a short distance to major galleries, art museums, shops and cafes. Our programs are taught by practicing professional artists with extensive national and international teaching experience.

The school offers a multi-disciplinary, studio based Bachelor of Fine Art degree within a range of studios as well as art history and critical theory. Students are able to specialise in one studio area or across multiple studios, depending on their practical requirements.
