Payment options for international studentsFuture StudentsAccepting NEW program/s and services All international students accepting NEW programs (including Study Abroad and English language) and services (homestay and arrival services) must complete an Offer Response form and forward together with a copy of the payment transactions. Street Address International Services Credit Card Visa or MasterCard. A copy of details listed on your card (name, number and expiry date) must be faxed / sent to International Services on fax +(61 3) 9663 6925 or by contacting the International Services office on +(61 3) 9925 5156. Telegraphic Transfer (TT) To be paid into RMIT University’s bank account in accordance with the following details: Payee: RMIT University If you require a Swift Code, the reference is: CTBAAU2S A copy of the telegraphic transfer, including your full name, file number and contact details must be faxed to International Services on +(61 3) 9663 6925. Note: Your payment must be cleared and credited into RMIT University’s bank account for your offer to be fully accepted. Acceptance letters and visa documentation (if applicable) will follow. The total fees paid may vary as telegraphic transfer payments may attract bank charges. Any outstanding fees as a result of bank charges must be paid by the student upon arrival at RMIT University. Electronic funds transfer at point of service (EFTPOS) This option is only available at International Services, Level 4, 239 Bourke Street (RMIT Building 108), Melbourne, Australia. Payments between A$70 - A$1,000 may be processed. Cash (in person) The International Services office will accept cash payments up to A$500 only. International Services Continuing/Existing StudentsRMIT will send you a TAX invoice stating your fees and the due date for payment. Please note: Students who have outstanding debts to the University are not permitted to continue to study and will not be permitted to re-enrol, receive an assessment result or have an award conferred. Payments (or part thereof) received by the University will be allocated to the oldest debt first (if any), followed by current invoices.
