Unsuccessful applications
If your application is unsuccessful you will receive a letter stating why you have not met the selection prerequisites or that quotas have been filled.
Other RMIT study options can be considered and you should contact RMIT International Services for advice on the following:
- meeting the academic selection requirements by, for example, completing a preparatory program such as Foundation Studies before being accepted into your preferred diploma or bachelor degree program
- choosing a different program in a similar field with prerequisites list you can meet
- finding a similar program at a different study level. For example look at RMIT’s diploma program prerequisites as an alternative to a bachelor degree program. RMIT offers many programs that can be pathways to higher level studies. Many RMIT diploma programs give credit towards degree programs.
