Admissions Documents Now Available Online

The Online Application Status Lookup facility, available on the agent website, now records all of your RMIT student applicants with their application status as well as their admission documents. This facility has effectively replaced the emailing of admission documents. These documents will now be available to you as soon as they are created.

Admission Records

Your Online Application Status Lookup page records all of your current RMIT student applicants. Students are listed in alphabetical order by their family name. Information is available for programs commencing in the current year and future years. All previous years’ program information will not be displayed.

Logging In

Access to the Online Application Status Lookup facility is the same as before. Please use the following steps as a guide:

1. Enter the agent website.

2. Select ‘applications’ from the top tool bar.

3. Select ‘application status lookup’ from the right tool bar.

4. Log in using your agent number, office number and password. These are issued by our Client Relations Coordinator. If you don’t have these details please email RMIT’s Client Relations Coordinator at clientrelations@rmit.edu.au

5. Once logged in you can view all RMIT student applicants for your office number 1 by default. You can also select other offices from the office number drop down box on the top of screen. A link beside the box will give you access to your office locations and numbers.

Please note: if there is no data for your office number 1 you will be asked to select which office number you wish to view from the drop down tab.

Viewing Your Admission Information

Students are listed in alphabetical order by family name, followed by first name and student file reference number.

The information displayed includes:

  1. Program Preference Number
  2. Program Start Date (Semester and Year)
  3. Program Code
  4. Program Name
  5. Application status
  6. Admission Documents

If a student has admission documents the document names will appear in red text in the last column. To download the document click on the red text.
