CRICOS Code and PRISMS Date Entry

1. RMIT Representatives must use the correct CRICOS codes listed on RMIT website when they're issuing eCOEs.
   
   
2. PRISMS data entry for RMIT students

• Insert the RMIT File reference number into ‘Provider's Student ID’ field at PRISMS ie: 365745. The field is under ‘Student Summary’tab.
  
  

• eCOE end dates:
  Mid Year completions - 30 June
  End of Year completions - 30 December

Some programs may have special arrangements – such as C6010 Diploma of Airline Pilot, which runs February to February. Please use the specific dates relevant for these programs. Other programs that may not fit within the standard semester dates are: ELICOS and Foundation Studies.
