The National Aerospace Resource Centre collection, a joint initiative of the RMIT Aerospace and Aviation Engineering and the Royal Aeronautical Society, consists of approximately 100, 000 volumes. It includes technical reports (NASA, NACA, AMRL, DSTO and other aerospace organizations), conference proceedings (including Royal Aeronautical Society conferences from 1985 - ), books, videos, aircraft manuals and journals.
The NARC collection is stored at the Bundoora West Library. Search the National Aerospace Resource Centre database to find items in this collection.
Note: many Technical Reports are now freely available on the Web. Check the links under Technical Reports on the Aerospace Engineering subject guide.
Also note: Aerospace engineering 4th year project reports with the call number “AV 408” have been incorporated into the RMIT collection, and are housed at the Bundoora East Library. They can be borrowed using your student or staff card.
The primary users of the NARC collection are RMIT Aerospace Engineering staff and students, and members of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
