How to enrol in a Summer course – a step-by-step guide

Summer enrolment is via a paper-based form available when the online enrolment period opens on 2 November 2011.

  1. Ensure that you meet the pre-requisites for each course that you wish to take.
  2. Complete your 2012 Enrolment Online checklist by 16 December 2011 (to avoid the late re-enrolment fee).
  3. If you are not a CSIT student you must obtain approval from CSIT AND your own program coordinator prior to applying to undertake a summer course.
  4. Download and fill out a Summer Course Selection Template (PDF 54KB) and get it approved and signed by your Academic Advisor. (Note: Students who believe they will be completing their degree by enrolling in a Summer course must confirm with their Academic Advisor that this is the case.)
  5. Submit the signed Summer Course Selection Template to the Hub.

The last day to enrol in the Summer Semester is Wednesday 4 January 2012. Due to the intensive nature of the Summer Semester, students may only enrol in one course over the period.
