Major Research Affiliations, Facilities and Centres

  • The RMIT Psychology Clinic (Bundoora and City Campuses) is a general purpose psychology clinic that has ongoing research programs in clinical and educational disorders of childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
  • Psychology has strong links with the Parenting Research Centre where several of our staff and a number of post-graduate students conduct their research. Coursework students also undertake clinical placement there.
  • The Education Program for Infants and Children (EPIC centre) is located on the Bundoora campus of RMIT and is an early childhood intervention program for children with developmental disabilities. Post-graduate students are actively engaged in research at EPIC. As well, coursework students from Psychology undertake placements at the centre.
  • Test Library. Psychology has an extensive range of test instruments for psychological assessment and research. These cover neuropsychological, behavioural, and clinical assessments, as well as measures of cognitive and motor function, academic achievement, and social-emotional adjustment.
