RMIT Licence Request Form for AEShareNet
The Australian Vocational Education and Training Sector have established AEShareNet. AEShareNet is an online catalogue of ‘learning objects’/learning materials designed to meet the needs of the education sector with respect to resource sharing. AEShareNet was designed with dual focus in mind: a portal for the national distribution of learning materials, and a means by which to licence/purchase content. AEShareNet provides a platform for the licensing and trading of educational resources by member organizations via the AEShareNet web portal.
RMIT is now a member of AEShareNet. As a member, RMIT staff can search the AEShareNet database for learning resources, browse the available resources and view licence conditions attached to resources. In order to take out a licence, you will need to contact the Copyright Management Services.
The Copyright Management Services is the University contact for managing and negotiating AEShareNet licences on behalf of staff.
