Logging and tracking IT Service Desk requests

RMIT staff and students can now directly log IT requests for assistance and track the progress of the enquiry through a customer portal. If new information becomes available, that will assist the IT Service Desk, the enquirer can update the requests. Historical calls can also be searched and viewed.

The Customer Portal does not replace existing telephone and email services. It provides an additional service to staff and students on campus who prefer to log a request directly into the IT Service Desk system.

To access the Customer Portal your network username and password is required.
