Contracts managed by Property Services

Property Services controls and administers a range of non-centrally managed contracts for goods and services to support the maintenance of RMIT’s building fabric.

Any request for service should be directed to the Property Services Desk on Ext. 52111 or email propserv.service.desk@rmit.edu.au in the first instance.

Any further inquiries can be directed to Helen Thomas, Analyst, Contracts and Services at helen.thomas@rmit.edu.au. Unauthorised procurement will result in a commensurate back charge to the Portfolio/School concerned.
