Gateway

Property Services has recently implemented a project management process, Gateway, to guide all capital projects.

Gateway ensures increased accountability and transparency throughout the processes that are rolled out to initiate, develop, implement, complete and evaluate projects.

Gateway also assists the client to track the progress of projects from the initial request through to final completion.

Gateway is based on the Victorian Government’s Gateway Review Process project assurance methodology. RMIT University has simplified the Government’s Gateway process, combining the six “Gates” into the following four “Gates” to better suit RMIT’s requirements.
