The Footwear Production program enables students to gain a range of skills used in the footwear industry and the custom made footwear sector. Students will learn how to produce working patterns and understand the correct use of components in footwear construction including leather characteristics and synthetic materials use.

Skills gained in this program include pattern cutting, production techniques, quality control, and Australian Standards of Footwear and OHS procedures. Students are encouraged to be both creative and practical.
