Promotion of Environment, Planning and Sustainability Programs and Careers in Schools
The School of Global Studies, Social Science and Planning at RMIT University is promoting Environment, Planning and Sustainability programs and professions through interactive information sessions targeted towards Secondary School students.
An RMIT staff member would deliver the presentation and facilitate questions and answers from students, via Skype (software that allows users to make voice and video calls over the Internet).
Participating schools would require the following:
- a web cam;
- a Skype account;
- a TV/monitor/projector with a connected computer and internet connection;
- an IT technician;
- and a willing teacher and group of students to engage in this new type of delivery.
