This book analyses the key findings from a two year research project jointly funded by the Australian Research Council, Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA) and the National Diversity Think Tank. The analysis draws in-depth case studies of nine Australian 'best practice organisations'. It explores the drivers and contexts of effective organisational change in relation to affirmative action, equal opportunity and diversity strategies; factors associated with successful implementation; and the range of indicators on which such strategies have been evaluated. This book was published in 2005.
