Survey Services Centre
The Survey Services Centre (SSC) is part of the Policy and Planning Group at RMIT. The Centre’s aim is to provide comprehensive, accurate and timely analyses of student and other surveys at RMIT. The SSC will provide service and expert advice on: survey design, administration and data collection; data analysis, reporting and storage; and understanding and interpretation of survey data to promote service improvement and staff development.
Our Services
The three major RMIT surveys contain feedback from students on their course: Course Experience Survey, their program: Student Experience Survey and the activities of graduates who recently completed their qualification: RMIT Australian Graduate Survey.

Information about Student Feedback Coordinators
Student Feedback Coordinators are based in each School and work with the SSC as well as other Coordinators in the collection and administration of University surveys and communication of survey and reporting processes.
