Exertion Games Lab

Joggobot

The Exertion Games Lab is interested in bodily digital play.

The lab invents and speculates through games and digital play in order to understand how to design better interactive experiences. Our research is focused on the merging of play and the active human body, drawing from research streams such as interaction design, human-computer interaction and games research.

Research from the Exertion Games Lab has won prestigious international awards, been published in the top conference proceedings in our field, attracted research funding from tier A funding competitions, and been supported by governments and industry locally and internationally.
