Statute 2.10 – Technical and Further Education Division of the University

1. There will be a Technical and Further Education Division of the university established for technical and further education.

2. The Technical and Further Education Division will consist of the Academic Board and such academic portfolios as prescribed by statute.

3. The Technical and Further Education Division will provide programs for such awards in technical and further education as may be offered by the Technical and Further Education Division and will engage in research and consultancy consistent with the university’s objects.

4. Regulations under this Statute will come into effect when displayed on the university’s Statutes and Regulations Website.
