Assistive technology

You can access selected assistive programs on any Library PC, but you need to register with the Disability Liaison Unit first.

You can also use a dedicated assistive technology PC which has ZoomText, JAWS for Windows and OmniPage Pro software. It is attached to a scanner. Bookings are not required.

Saving your work


The Library has transitioned to the RMIT printing system. The system also provides for scanning to USB and photocopying. The new printers are now installed at all sites. See the printing and photocopying in the Library for more information.


Scan to USB or scan to email at any of the Ricoh multi-function devices at the Library.

A4 colour scanners are available on PC 48- PC 51

A3 colour scanners are available on:
