Juris Doctor
The RMIT Juris Doctor is a postgraduate law program leading to entry to the law profession.
While some students will be planning to seek admission as a lawyer at the completion of the program, others will be well established in their careers and will be undertaking the Juris Doctor in order to enhance their current career options.

Program Details
The discipline focus of the JD, in addition to enabling students to become eligible to enter the legal profession, is in international and comparative business law.
Students have the opportunity to select electives that constitute a business law stream or a more generalist legal elective stream.

Legal practice
As a conversion program, the Juris Doctor offers graduates the opportunity to change their career direction and enter the legal profession by adding a fully accredited legal qualification to their undergraduate qualification.
