The School of Business IT and Logistics offers a diverse range of programs at undergraduate and postgraduate level, as well as Research opportunities in the areas of Business , Business Information Systems and Logistics.

Undergraduate Programs

Bachelor of Business (Information Systems)
Integrating IT Solutions with business Processes, this program gives you the capability to analyse, design and build sophisticated business information systems.

Bachelor of Business (Information Systems)(Applied)
This degree combines the study of information systems with business subjects. These include general business skills as well as information and networking technologies, systems analysis, strategy, design and implementation, application development and project management.

Bachelor of Business (Business Information Systems) – BBIS (Vietnam)
This version of the Bachelor of Business (Business Information Systems) program is delivered at the RMIT University International Campus Vietnam.

Bachelor of Business (Logistics and Supply Chain Management)
A supply chain is the network of organisations, people, technology, activities, information and resources involved in moving a product or service from the initial purchase of raw materials through to final delivery of a product to customers. Logistics and supply chain management is planning, implementing and controlling this flow of goods, services and related information from one end to the other.

Bachelor of Business (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) (Applied)
The applied program is four years full-time incorporating 96-credit-point work-integrated learning component (cooperative education) or six years part-time.

Honours and Postgraduate Programs

Bachelor of Business (Honours)
A Bachelor of Business (Honours) program aims to provide you with the practical and theoretical knowledge and skills to enable you to become a literate and analytical practitioner and research in your chosen discipline.

Master of Information Management
The Master of Information Management provides a mixture of practical and management skills to equip you as an information professional able to meet contemporary technological, marketing and accountability challenges in the knowledge economy.

Master of Business Information Technology
The Master of Business Information Technology is a cutting-edge postgraduate program addressing information and communications technology applications in business organisations. It prepares you for careers in IT management, information and knowledge management and e-business.

Master of Commerce
The Master of Commerce enhances your knowledge and skills relating to contemporary business issues. You are able to design your own program of study tailored to your own career aspirations.

Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management
The Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management provides you with a practical and theoretical approach to understanding the forces underlying the functions and operations of the supply chain. It places strong emphasis on addressing the strategic factors of servicing customers through the activities of dynamically complex supply chains.

Master of Strategic Procurement
The Master of Strategic Procurement is the only dedicated procurement program available in Victoria. It has designed to address the shortage of qualified professionals in this specialised area of supply chain management by developing your capabilities to deliver efficient, effective and ethical strategies over the procurement life cycle to achieve value for money in your organisation.

Research Programs

RMIT Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master by Research programs provide an opportunity for suitable students to develop their research skills whilst collaborating with academic staff and professionals within industry, commerce and the community on research matters of mutual interest.

Staff in the School of Business IT and Logistics offer supervision in the areas of Business, Business Information Systems and Logistics. Allow two years full-time (four years part-time) for a masters degree and three to four years full-time (six to eight years part-time) for doctoral studies.
