Statute 2.7 - Higher Education Division of the University

1. There will be a Higher Education Division of the university established for higher education.

2. .The Higher Education Division will consist of the Academic Board and such academic portfolios as prescribed by statute.

3. The Higher Education Division will provide programs for such awards in higher education as may be offered by the Higher Education Division and will engage in research and consultancy consistent with the university’s objects.

4 .Regulations under this statute will come into effect when displayed on the university’s Statutes and Regulations Website.
