School of BIT Assignment Cover Sheet - Microsoft Word Document (45KB)

A (paper) copy of the Assignment Cover Sheet can also be collected from on top of the Assignment drop box on level 17. Attach a completed copy to your assignment before submitting it into the assignment drop box. Make sure it is signed.

Students from other Schools other than SBIT can use the above cover sheet too by retyping the name of their School in the form.

Other Forms

All other forms and relevant information can now be found on the Student Forms Page. For decisions relating to your enrolment (such as Cancellation of Enrollment), you are encouraged to come speak to staff before submitting forms.
