1. How many buildings on the City campus are being impacted by the capital works program?

Sixteen buildings on the City campus are currently being refurbished or are earmarked for refurbishment in the near future.

The amount of City campus Ground Floor Area (GFA) that is impacted by the capital works program is 63,213m2 – 26% of the overall 243,110 m2 of GFA on the City campus.

A total of 69,960m2additional GFA – 26% of the overall City campus 243,110m2 of GFA – will be generated by the capital works in the form of new buildings and expansions to existing buildings.
