Course Description

The collection, management and utilisation of digital information provides a myriad of opportunities for businesses, and as such, every venture- from the smallest and newest of businesses to the largest corporation- needs to develop a digital strategy.  As digital technologies have developed, improved and expanded over time, many organisations have widely implemented digital technologies and modified processes to be digitally enabled and generally become more digitally savvy. However, often these efforts have occurred in stages, perhaps without an over-arching structure or strategy.

In this course, you will identify a new venture, or a small business, and asses it’s digital maturity, identifying opportunities and proposing steps toward a digital transformation strategy.
