Course Description

Global supply chains are networks that can span across multiple continents and countries for the purpose of sourcing and supplying goods and services. Coordination between members of a global supply chain is certainly important in this regard. Nevertheless, it has proven to be very challenging. If designed and negotiated properly, a supply chain contract is a powerful tool for managing and coordinating a global and complex supply chain.

By introducing some of the major design and management aspects of global supply chain contracts, this course will help you understand how global supply chains can be effectively managed through different contractual arrangements.
