Course Description

In this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to participate in workplace occupational health and safety (OHS) processes to protect workers own health and safety, and that of others. You will gain a fundamental knowledge of OHS to carry out your own work within a defined context.

Overview of Assessment

Assessment is on-going throughout the course. Assessment tasks will require you demonstrate the application of knowledge and skills through practical projects and/or written tasks and include BLOG Posting Tasks, and BLOG Comment Tasks.
The assessment tasks are:
1. Online blog 70%
2. Campus safety check 30%
