Course Description
This course describes the knowledge and skills required to identify and respond to the needs of clients who may be experiencing domestic and family violence, including responding to immediate intervention and support needs.
This course applies to health and community service workers providing services according to established organisation procedures. These workers may not be specialised family violence workers.

Assessment Task 1: Short Answer Questions
Assessment Task 2: Role-play Interview
Assessment Task 3: Role-play Interview

Assessment Task 5: Short Answer Questions
You will be given two (2) attempts for each assessment to demonstrate the required knowledge and skills. A third (3rd) attempt can only be offered after discussions between teacher and the Program Coordinator and is not automatic. Resubmissions beyond two (2) attempts are at the discretion of the teacher and/or coordinator.
