Course Description
This unit describes the knowledge and skills required to implement nursing care plans for individual clients and evaluate the care provided in a range of health environments

This unit must be assessed after successful achievement of pre-requisite:
HLTAP401B Confirm Physical Health Status
This unit is also a co-requisite with HLTEN506B Apply Principles of Wound Management In The Clinical Environment.
