Course Description

This course covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to provide high level facilitation practices in a vocational education and training context. It also focuses on achieving continuous improvement through reflective practice.

Overview of Assessment

During the program you will complete assessment tasks in class which are listed at the beginning of each module. Such tasks might include but not be limited to:
- Direct observation of actual and simulated work practice
- Oral or written questioning
- Tests
- Assignments and projects
- Presentation of a portfolio of evidence which may comprise documents and/or photographs and/or video and audio files
- Review of products produced through work-based or course activities
- Third-party feedback from a work supervisor/employer
