Course Description
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to engage consumers, analyse service needs of particular groups and develop programs and services to meet those needs and is particularly relevant to workers coordinating or managing teams and operations in varied service delivery contexts.
This course addresses the following units of competency;
- CHCCCS007 Develop and implement service programs
- CHCCOM003 Develop workplace communication strategies
These units are clustered for delivery but assessed separately.

Overview of Assessment
