Registration Entitlements
Full, Student and Retiree Registrations
fees include attendance for all sessions, a copy of the proceedings,
morning and afternoon tea, lunch on Monday to Thursday, Welcome
Function on Sunday, Dinner on Tuesday at a subsidised rate of
$30. The daily registration fee includes attendance at all session
for the designated day, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and
a copy of the proceedings.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should
be sent to the Conference Registration Manager, Neddy Campbell
(details below) by E-mail or fax by June 4, 1999 for a full refund
less a $50 administration fee and less any non refundable accommodation
deposit.
There will be no refund of registration fees for cancellations
after this date, however substitution of delegate will be permitted.
In this event, the Registration Manager must be advised so that
the correct delegate name is recorded. |
