The conference theme is Teaching 21st Century Economics. Papers on this topic are strongly encouraged. Submissions on any aspect of Teaching Economics within our discipline are welcome.
Abstracts should be emailed to the selection committee firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 3rd June, 2016. Late abstract submissions will be considered but not guaranteed for inclusion in the conference. Abstracts should be in Microsoft Word format and have a size in the range of 200-400 words. It should include as heading the title of the proposed paper, the full names of the authors with their institutional affiliations and the contact author’s e-mail. Abstracts should outline the main questions that the paper addresses, specify the key methodological features employed to support the paper’s contribution and summarises the conclusions.
Authors will be notified whether their proposed papers have been accepted to the conference, by Wednesday 8th June, 2016. They will need to register for the conference before Wednesday 29th June, 2016. Authors who wish to have their papers included in the conference proceedings to be made available via the conference website should submit the full written version of their paper by Friday 1st July, 2016.
By providing a complete paper to ATEC2016, authors grant the School of Economics, Finance and Marketing at RMIT University and ATEC a licence without charge or fee to include the paper in a volume of conference proceedings and to reproduce the paper in such a volume either in paper form or via the ATEC2016 website at any time in the future. You will retain copyright of the paper, as long as it does not infringe upon this right.
