Watch RMIT student finalists battle it out in the RMIT Green Innovators Competition at the Sustainable Living Festival, with the lucky winner taking home the grand prize of $2,000!
Judges had the difficult decision of choosing only three great innovators from the many entries.
These chosen finalists will present their idea to a panel of expert judges and ABC TV’s Bernie Hobbs at the Festival Hub (Birrarung Marr, Melbourne) on Saturday 13 February 2016. Visit the Sustainable Living Festival site for program details.
Come along to this free event and support the students as they present their green innovations that could be the next big sustainable idea.
This is the fifth year that RMIT has run the Green Innovators Competition which is proudly supported by RMIT’s Sustainability Committee. It is just one of many initiatives that RMIT supports in an effort to encourage our students to ‘Think Green’.
RMIT University is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and providing a safe and "green" university for students and staff by fostering a culture that encourages staff, students and the general public to make changes in their day-to-day lives, both at work and at home.
