RMIT invites you to experience the transformation of Project Space / Spare Room gallery into an active experimental studio environment by New Zealand group Public Share.
Along with an artist talk, you'll also get a taste of what it's like to be a postgraduate art student at RMIT:
- join discussions around art education and contemporary practice
- tour RMIT studio spaces used by our students
- network with industry partners and expert staff connected to our courses.
This is a free event with refreshments provided.
Public Share are Monique Redmond, Harriet Stockman, Kelsey Stankovich, Deborah Rundle, Mark Schroder and Joe Prisk.
You'll hear from the artists as they return to the site of their exhibition OUT OF OFFICE, and share stories about hosting local workers, artists and collaborators as they considered the practices and conditions of art and labour.
