Discover how you can make the world a better place. This free workshop explores how the social work, justice and legal and international studies disciplines make the world a better place.
You know you want to make a difference in the world, but you are not sure exactly how.
At Social Impact Day you’ll explore many different areas of practice that help to create fair and inclusive communities.
For one day you will act as a social workers and professionals in international studies, social work and justice and legal fields, exploring the current social issue of asylum seekers and migration. You’ll gain a deep understanding and an appreciation for complexity and challenges people face when seeking asylum and settling in a new country.
Through the team-based, hands-on workshops you’ll gain an understanding of the international studies, social work and justice and legal discipline areas and how they contribute to making the world a better place for society, communities and individuals.
