Typically mid 20’s

Typically 29-45 (Average age of students commencing the program is 39)

Work experience

Limited – typically less than 4 years post-graduation.

There is no work experience requirement for this program

Appropriate work experience is an entry requirement for this program

Graduates typically require at least 5 years work experience in managerial roles.

Average years of work experience for students commencing this program: 15

Average number of years in management: 9

Time frame

Want to complete an MBA in just one year (or two if part-time)

Typically studying part time and looking to complete in 2-3 years. Can also be studied full-time (1.5 years)

Entry requirements

A bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution. Preference for entry to the program is given to students with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of Credit and above.

a) Academic + work experience

A bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution and evidence of substantial, relevant work experience (typically this will consist of at least 5 years experience in a managerial position since completion of an undergraduate degree).

Or

b) Management + work experience

Entry may be granted to applicants who do not have an undergraduate degree but

can demonstrate through professional work experience their capacity to successfully undertake this program (typically this would consist of at least 8-10 years of business experience, at least 5 of which must have been in a management role).
